I am an artist in NYC and will be spending increased time in my hometown of Pittsburgh PA.
Id like to offer my room in my very creative apartment in Brooklyn NY for artists who need a space while they work on something in NYC.

The apartment is a two bedroom. One bedroom is occupied. The second bedroom (not shown) is 13.5' X 19' with closet. Nice and big and comfy.
The neighborhood just gets better and better with cool new bars popping up all over and good food. One of my favorite restaurants in the whole city is just down the street. Around the corner is The Brooklyn Museum of Art, Brooklyn Botanical Gardens, the main branch of the Brooklyn Public Library and really beautiful Prospect Park. Spring & Summer have a really good farmers market just a walk around the block and in the park is the Celebrate Brooklyn concert series.
You cant beat the area.
Oh and the trains will get you here! 2 or 3 is right around the corner. 4 or 5 a few blocks away. And for those familiar with the area, those trains connect you with almost anything at Atlantic/Pacific station a couple stops away, including the LIRR.
Brilliant transportation, lots of things to do and an apartment with space!
